Rational design suited for study and educational practices that lead the world

The plan was made to pursue functionality and enrich the facilities for conducting advanced studies and education, such as P3, GMP, animal facilities, and audiovisual systems, in order to ensure safety both inside and outside the building (including the disposal of exhaust and wastewater), hazard management in case of a disaster and security, and flexibly respond to future changes by installing double flooring on each story, external piping, energy saving louvers and other devices, thereby minimizing operating costs.
