A multi-functional facility housing various welfare facilities

Takanedai, Funabashi City in Chiba Prefecture, where Takanenomori is located, is a large housing complex developed in 1961. As the population of the area has aged, the plan to renovate the complex into an area where the elderly can live peacefully is in progress. Takanenomori is designed as a multi-function facility that houses various welfare facilities for the elderly. It is designed to resemble a residential house with the use of arched windows, balconies and slant roofs and to create a refreshing environment with trees planted around it.
