Epoch-making architecture that indicates a new direction for hospital buildings
We planned a line of traffic enabling access to this hospital without being exposed to the weather by directly connecting its entrance with an unmanned train station. Based on the concept of dividing functions to each floor, the intention is to enhance amenities provided to patients, as well as consultation and treatment efficiency, by positively incorporating glassed-in “eye-contact wards” surrounding each staff station, a “facilities floor” for repair/maintenance and transporting articles, the centralization of article management, development of an automated transportation system, and other facilities.
